Review by hotel critic
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Vila Palace, and I must say, it exceeded even my highest expectations. The staff went above and beyond, not only being extremely polite and helpful, always with a smile, but also returning my forgotten belongings promptly-an exceptional level of service. The air conditioning in the room was a lifesaver during the hot summer nights, and the spacious terrace offered a peaceful retreat with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The complimentary high-quality toiletries provided added a touch of luxury to my stay.
